At least two days before the trip
1. Make sure you have
someone to get your mail.

of family.
3. Check if you have all
the toiletries, equipment, clothes and gadgets that you want to take with you.
If you need it, fix some of the things or buy new ones.
4. If you have a long
flight of ride, make sure you’ll have something to do there. Take a book or magazines,
download some new albums, etc.
5. Check your first-aid
kit and add some things to it if you need it.
6. Give your family the
route of your travel. If you doubt the necessity of that, watch the movie “127
hours”.

to the airport or railway station.
A day before
1. Throw away or give
away all the perishable goods from your fridge as well as fruits, vegetables
and other products that have a limited shelf life.

your house to someone you trust. It can be necessary in case of emergencies or
if you just want your plants to be watered.

forecast of the place you are going to.

Confirm your hotel bookings.
7. Find and install some
apps that may be useful for your trip (maps, messengers, travel guides, translators,
etc.).
8. Make electronic copies
of your passport, tickets, insurance and other important documents and save them
to a cloud.
9. Activate automatic
answers in your e-mail.
10.
Charge your smartphone, laptop, GPS navigator and other
electronic devices you are taking with you.
11.
Make sure you take enough cash with you.
12.
Pack your bags very carefully.
The day you leave
1. Put the important documents,
tickets, money and gadgets in a handbag that you’ll always carry with you.
2. Make sure you close
all the windows and doors.
3.
Throw away the garbage.
4. Wash the dishes
and clean the kitchen.
5. Turn the lights
off everywhere.
6. Turn off all the
gadgets and household appliances.
7.
Water your flowers.
8.
Draw the curtains.
9. Make sure there are
no forbidden things in your handbag so that there are no troubles at the airport.
10.
Check the time of your flight.
I really hope that helps. If you have any other tips,
you are welcome to share them in the comments. Have a great vacation!
